i have officially been inspired by the boyfriend’s family. they eat so healthily and participate in such an active lifestyle that my family have never partaken in. i love my family, but they do not lead the lifestyle i wish to.
starting tomorrow, i will run 5km (outdoors when possible. gym when it is raining etc) everyday, i will maintain a cleaner and more balanced diet, i will complete toning exercises such as lunges and squats and arm raises on a daily basis. i will wake up in the morning at 7 or 8 daily and make full use of the sunshine hours.
in summary, i will:
- run 5km daily
- eat less, eat more clean food, drink more water
- squat/lunge/calf raises/arm raises daily
- brush teeth morning and night daily
- wake at 7 or 8 daily
i believe this is an achievable yet ambitious starting point to change my life around for the better.
my goal for weight loss is to either get down to a size 8 and 10 (on top and bottom) OR reach 58kg. whichever comes first.
